Howard Close, Hailsham

This 40-unit residential scheme was developed in collaboration with Indigo Landscape Architects.  The site was empty scrubland on the outskirts of Hailsham, suffering from neglect and refuse dumping.  The masterplan draws on the latest ideas and expertise in town planning and creates a range of discreet urban spaces.  The emphasis is about placemaking and the opportunity for the future evolution of the site as a series of unique and characteristic homes.

Location: Howard Close, Hailsham
