A little background on Tim Wells

Tim is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years’ experience. Tim re-joined John D Clarke Architects early 2018 following 17 years in an Associate Director role for a large London based international Architectural practice, where he led large mixed-use, retail, leisure and residential projects throughout the UK and abroad. Tim studied at the University of Brighton and originally worked at John D Clarke Architects between 1996 and 2000, achieving his professional qualification in 1999. Tim brings extensive experience of master-planning and larger commercial projects to the practice as well as an in-depth knowledge of designing and constructing buildings within sensitive urban environments, historic buildings, conservation, domestic houses and extensions. Tim has a particular expertise in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM), having been the CAD and BIM manager at his previous practice. He is also an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety and can advise on the management of health and safety during the design process. Being Eastbourne born and breed Tim has an excellent knowledge of the local area and is looking forward to spending the time saved from his previous daily commute to London.
